Our warranty protects every customer from the day they purchase our Mattresses and continues according to the Warranty Policy” shown below. In the event that PPPL repair the mattress, the warranty is valid from the original date of purchase only. We have also included mattress care instructions (Dos & Don’t’s), size measurement methodology and reasons for sagging for the information of our esteemed customers.

Warranty Policy Skyfoam (Coir Mattress)

Warranty Period

1/3/5 years from the date of purchase of Mattress depending upon the model.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers the following items during normal wear:

Items Covered: Rubberised Coir Sheet

  • Sagging beyond 1” in case of mattress having thickness up to 4” and 1.5” in case of mattress having thickness 5” and more.

Items Not Covered:

Items and damages not specifically listed in the “Warranty Coverage” section which are not covered under warranty, such as:

  • Mattress fabric.
  • Damages to mattress due to folding/ bending.
  • Structural damage from using an improper bed frame. This warranty is applicable only when the mattress is used on an appropriate frame with rigid hardwood/ steel cross members minimum 3 of them supporting 12 mm thick plywood platform of the bed.
  • Replacement of another piece in the accessories, unless such other piece is also defective.
  • Transportation expenses to dealer point/ production unit.

Body Impressions

Body impressions will occur in new mattress, which indicates that the upholstery and rubberised coir sheet layers are conforming to body's individual contours, body impressions less than 1” in case of mattress up to 4” thickness and 1.5” for mattress having thickness 5” and above shall not be construed as a defect.

Mattress Sagging

Mattresses sag primarily due to weak bed frame, insufficient support from the bedframe will lead to breakdown in internal support structure of the mattress and eventually the mattress will fail due to its own weight

Do’s and Don’t’s while using Skyfoam Coir Mattresses

Do’s

  • Do use proper bed frame with adequate centre support to avoid structural damages to mattress.
  • Do Carry your mattress upright, on its side. It is easier to handle in this position and less likely to get damaged. If you need to store your mattress for an extended period, please store it flat.
  • Do rotate/ turn your mattress from head to toe once in 3 months at least, to distribute wear evenly and to avoid permanent body impressions which will extend the life of the mattress.

Don’ts

  • Don’t bend/ fold the mattress: - Bending or folding the mattress will damage the structure and the shape and will make the mattress uncomfortable while sleeping apart from reducing its lifespan.
  • Don’t let kids jump: - Never let kids jump on mattresses. As much as they enjoy it, it not only damages the structure and the shape of the mattress, it may also cause serious injury to the kids.
  • Avoid eating or drinking on the mattress:- Avoid eating foods or drinks on the mattress, it may cause stains, may attract mites, cockroaches leading to an infestation. The stains are hard to clean, use only wet clean clothes to clean the mattress, do not use any strong detergent.
  • Do not sit on the edges of the mattress which will damage the structure

Terms of Warranty

The warranty service can be claimed only by the original purchaser when purchased from one of the PPPL’s authorized dealers and the product is not transferable.

Customer may contact PPPL Customer Support on 9656000341 or the dealer from where the mattress is purchased, from 10 AM to 5 PM on all working days giving the details of the original purchase invoice or other proof of date, place of purchase and purchase price etc.

  • Defective mattress will be replaced/ repaired depending on the condition of the mattress at the sole discretion of the company within one year of purchase. After one year, company will repair the defective portion at a cost. If the materials used in the mattress are not available at the time of repair/ replacement, then company will substitute those materials with similar/ equivalent/ superior materials or provide a refund

· Warranty is limited to cost of the mattress and no subsequent damages whatsoever are covered.

Customer will be responsible for the transportation costs of the product to the dealer point from where it purchased or to our factory, after the free warranty period of 1 year.

Warranty does not cover products which are damaged due to misuse/ mishandling /excessive loading/ folding of mattresses by customer/ dealer/ distributor or mattress having soiling, dirt, stains, burns or tears etc or when the product failure is due to causes other than defective materials or workmanship.

This warranty eliminates every condition/ warranty/ liability not stated herein.

Decision of the company regarding the nature of defects and applicability of warranty will be final.

All claims will be restricted to the courts within Ernakulam jurisdiction only

Warranty Schedule

PPPL’s warranty schedule for Skyfoam Coir Mattress is as under

Defect which falls under the” Warranty Coverage” may occur during the warranty period which is described in the warranty schedule below, PPPL will either repair or replace the mattress as the case may be, at our sole discretion within a reasonable period of 10 working days from the date of collection of mattress from the customer
